Lancement du concours « One Vision 2007 » aujourd’hui Pour la quatrième année consécutive, les photographes de toute
l’Europe sont invités à participer au concours de photographie One Vision pour aider à combattre la stigmatisation et la
discrimination autour du sida

Règlement du Concours Européen de Photographie "One Vision"

1. Ce concours est organisé par Bristol-Myers Squibb EMEA s.a.r.l., 3 rue Joseph Monier, 92500 Rueil-Malmaison, France . L'inscription au concours est ouverte à toutes personnes, excepté aux personnes étant directement ou indirectement impliquées dans l'organisation ou dans la délibération dudit concours.

2. Au titre de ce règlement, les termes suivants auront la signification qui leur est attribuée:

2.1 La dénomination “photographes professionnels” signifie : Photographes fournissant un service de photographie qualifié, et dont une partie substantielle des revenus annuels est générée par de tels services.

2.2 La dénomination “photographes non professionnels” signifie : Photographes pouvant être tout aussi talentueux et expérimentés que des photographes professionnels, mais pour qui la photographie n'est pas la première source de revenus ou qui ne se présenteraient pas en tant que Photographes si on les interrogeait sur leur principale activité.

2.3 La dénomination “photographes” signifie à la fois les photographes professionnels et non professionnels.

Prix
Quatre prix européens dans les catégories « professionnel » et « amateur » (5000 € pour le premier
prix et 2000 € pour le second) et des prix nationaux dans les pays participants (de 1000 € chacun)
seront décernés par un jury présidé par Robert Taylor et composé de photographes renommés ainsi
que des professionnels de santé et des représentants des associations de lutte contre le VIH et le
sida. Un prix spécial européen de 1000 € sera attribué par un représentant de l'ONUSIDA et un prix
spécial européen de 1000 € sera remis par la communauté médicale.

“One Vision 2007” Competition Launches Today
Photographers from across Europe Invited To Participate in Contest to Fight Stigma
and discrimination of HIV/AIDS patients.
(PARIS,) December 1, 2006 – Bristol-Myers Squibb announced today – World AIDS Day – the launch of the fourth
edition of the One Vision European photography competition, an initiative that is literally helping to change the image
of HIV and AIDS across Europe.



The "One Vision" European Photographic Competition Rules

1. The organiser of the Competition is BVBA Bristol-Myers Squibb Belgium SPRL. Entry to this Competition is open to anyone except those directly or indirectly involved in its organisation and judging.

2. In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings

2.1. "Professional photographers" means photographers who provide a skilled photographic service, where a substantial part of the photographer's annual income is derived from such services.

2.2. "Non-professional photographers" means photographers who may be just as keen and proficient as professional photographers, but where photography is not their primary means of earning a living or the way they would identify themselves when asked to state their primary occupation.

2.3. "Photographers" means both professional and non-professional photographers.

Prizes
4 European prizes (€ 5,000 first prize and € 2,000 second prize, professional and amateur categories) and national
prizes in participating countries (€ 1,000 each) will be awarded by a panel of judges chaired by Robert Taylor and
including prominent photographers and of representatives of HIV/AIDS associations. A special European prize of
1,000€ will be awarded by the medical community.
